Job Detail: Sr. Software Engineer (Test Automation)

Role Overview:

The Software application runs on a Linux server using either the Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE distribution. This individual will work as a member of the Automation Regression Test team developing and maintaining software and scripts that automate the testing of the Software product. These tests are developed using a combination of BASH and Python. This individual must analyze new features to determine how they can be validated and then write software to perform this validation. This software will then be run as part of our ongoing regression test suite.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related filed
• Over 5 years of experience in the areas specified.
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Experience with Python and BASH

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile Methodology, especially Scrum
• Experience with the Atlassian Jira tool set
• Enjoys working in a challenging and highly collaborative environment.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to accommodate time zone differences required to work with teams in US & Asia.
• Strong Intrapersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
